1. General Terms
These terms and conditions govern the rental of boats through our platform. By making a booking, you agree to be bound by these terms.
2. Booking Process
All bookings are subject to availability. A booking is only confirmed once you receive a confirmation email from us. We reserve the right to decline any booking request.
2.1 Booking Requirements
- You must be at least 18 years old to make a booking
- Valid identification is required at check-in
- A valid boating license may be required for certain vessels
- A security deposit may be required
3. Payment Terms
Payment is required to confirm your booking. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as displayed during checkout.
3.1 Deposit
A deposit of 30% is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due 7 days before the rental date.
3.2 Security Deposit
A refundable security deposit may be required. This will be returned within 7 working days after the rental, subject to inspection of the vessel.

5. Rental Conditions
5.1 Check-in and Check-out
- Check-in time: As specified in your booking confirmation

- Late returns may incur additional charges
5.2 Use of the Vessel
The renter agrees to:
- Use the vessel in a safe and responsible manner
- Not exceed the maximum passenger capacity
- Not navigate outside designated areas
- Return the vessel in the same condition as received
- Not use the vessel for any illegal activities
5.3 Fuel Policy
Unless otherwise stated, vessels are provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with a full tank. Refueling charges may apply if the tank is not full upon return.
6. Liability
The renter is responsible for any damage to the vessel during the rental period. We recommend purchasing additional insurance coverage for peace of mind.
7. Weather Conditions
In case of adverse weather conditions that make navigation unsafe, we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule the rental. In such cases, a full refund or alternative date will be offered.
