Cancellation Policy

Cancellation by Customer

We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both our customers and boat owners.

Free Cancellation Period

Full refund: If you cancel more than 7 days before your rental date, you will receive a full refund of the amount paid.

Partial Refund

  • 4-7 days before: 50% refund of the total booking amount
  • 2-3 days before: 25% refund of the total booking amount
  • Less than 48 hours: No refund

How to Cancel

To cancel your booking, you can:

  • Log into your account and cancel from your bookings page
  • Contact us directly via email or phone

Please provide your booking reference number when requesting a cancellation.

Cancellation by Owner/Operator

In rare circumstances, a boat owner may need to cancel your booking. If this happens:

  • You will receive a full refund of all amounts paid
  • We will do our best to offer you an alternative vessel of similar or better quality
  • If the cancellation is made within 48 hours of the rental, we may offer additional compensation

Weather-Related Cancellations

Your safety is our priority. If weather conditions make the rental unsafe:

  • Cancelled by operator: Full refund or rescheduling at no extra cost
  • Customer chooses not to proceed: We will offer rescheduling or a partial refund depending on conditions

Weather-related decisions are made by the boat operator based on official maritime weather forecasts.

No-Show Policy

If you fail to arrive at the agreed check-in time without prior notice, the booking will be considered a no-show and no refund will be provided.

If you are running late, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to accommodate delays, but this may affect your rental duration.

Modifications

If you need to change your booking (dates, vessel, etc.), please contact us as soon as possible. Changes are subject to availability and may incur additional charges if the new booking has a higher value.

Refund Processing

Refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 5-10 business days. Please note that your bank may take additional time to reflect the refund in your account.
